Lists
You can now manage employee Lists in the PlanIt Schedule system. Departments can set up Lists to define the order of employees in certain situations like filling open shifts.

Upon release of the new feature, Lists can integrate with our Open Shift Command Center to help fill openings. Previously, we only had tools to rank people when they requested an open shift (seniority, date/time stamp, F-score) but Lists allow you to go a step further. We plan to integrate Lists with more features in the future.

There are three types of lists you can create:

  • Fixed list
  • Position list
  • Points list

Unit Templates & Staffing Requirements
The updates to our Unit Templates make minimum staffing levels easy to change and provide both a descriptive text explanation and visual representation of staffing needed throughout a week. This feature allows you to set your typical pattern of staffing levels.

The enhancements on our Staffing Requirements page shows a descriptive text explanation and visual representation on staffing levels for specific dates and allows you to add openings to your schedule using either of the editors.
