Accounting

On the Time Off Accounting screen, you will be able to see all the bank balances for any employee. You’re able to credit, debit, or transfer hours between banks. On this screen, you’ll see a line item for each credit and debit made for each user. This time off hours tracking screen is typically used for smaller adjustments. It allows you to see the audit trail of all actions made to the employees’ banks. Therefore, if there are any questions or concerns, you can refer back to this screen to see what happened.

We have other tools in the system to help you with bulk updates to time off banks, like the “Bulk Credit” tool and the “Distribution” tool.
