Calendar View

This view of the schedule is laid out like a calendar on our police officer scheduling software. It is the public, read only view of the schedule. It displays all employee shifts along with Open Shifts, Court Appearances, Call Offs and Time Off.

Each employee can customize their own view of this schedule. They can make changes here like selecting the date range they’re looking at, filtering out what information is shown, or changing the color coding.

The grouping (ex: Admin, Investigations, Patrol…) is all customizable as well. Our setup team will input the proper terms for your teams/platoons/squads, and you can adjust them at any time if they change.

This view will show one day at a time on a smartphone or tablet. You can, however, turn the device horizontal to see a whole week at once.
