Over the past several months we have been releasing several minor updates which did not warrant their own announcement, but as we come to the end of the winter we've compiled a list of some of those more notable minor updates to give you a status update.

Employee Templates

The most significant and major update is a complete redesign of the employee templates editor. Our focus was to make it easier to use and include more tools while keeping it similar enough to the original version to make it an easy transition.

The following new features are available in the upgraded Employee Templates:

• Color Coding
• Drag and Drop and Drag and Copy Shift Editing
• Shift Change Tool
• More Bulk Update Options
• Rearrange Weeks Tool
• Set Rotation to Date

Overtime Updates

We've made some big improvements to editing OT in the Calendar Editor and more.

• Calendar Editor: Copy OT To Other Dates Checkbox
• Calendar Editor: Add More OT Like This Checkbox
• Option to complete an OT form when adding a shift or filling an open shift.
• OT Notes shown on Calendar Editor
• Show OT to General Schedule (optional)
• Comp Time Earned Payroll Export File
• Report: OT: Totals By Code Grouped By Employee
• Report: OT: Paid Compensation Summary Sheets W/ Code Totals
• Report: OT: Code and Labor Department Summary (Paid Only)
• Report: OT: Code and Labor Department Summary (Paid and Comp Time)

Page Redesigns

We've updated the following pages to make them easier to use and accessible on more devices:

• System menu -> Certifications
• System menu -> Job Types
• System menu – User Role Management

Schedule Viewing

These options would be available to employees viewing the schedule.

• Split Schedule by Platoons (Also on Calendar Editor)
• Split Schedule by Station (Also on Calendar Editor)
• See Coworker's Open Shift Requests when requesting an open shift on Calendar Schedule, Platoon Schedule and My Open Shift Requests (New Setting must be turned on)

Time Off

We've completed a cash out tool for administrators to send time off hours to payroll that are cashed out instead of used for time off along with some new reports.

• Time Off menu -> Cash Out (new feature)
• Report: Time Off Bank Activity
• Report: Time Off Actual Balance Report
• Report: Time Off Current Balance Report
• Report: Time Off Available Balance Report

Everything Else

Other notable updates include:

• Vehicle Checklist Mileage Required (New Setting)
• Report: Account Log
• Holidays: Matching hours can be set to a single employee group or entire organization.
• Court Appearance Scheduling updated to put scheduling info up front.
• All known bugs fixed.
