My Schedule View

This is your personal view of the schedule on our law enforcement scheduling software. Here you will see all of your regularly scheduled shifts along with any personal time off, court appearances, open shift requests, shift trades and overtime. This view of the schedule is customizable for each employee so they can decide what personal information they would like to see.

From this screen you can also request time off, request to work open shifts, submit your availability, and submit overtime forms.

Administrators in the system can go to any employees’ screen to view their schedule. Normal level users will only be able to view their personal schedule here. You will have visibility to all the history of past schedules as well as access to those in the future. It is up to the administrators in the system, how far out into the future schedules are posted and able to be viewed.
