PlanIt uses an internet standard called iCalendar (sometimes it's also called iCal or ics) to display read only feeds of schedules. Import your PlanIt work schedule to your smartphone’s calendar. You and your employees can merge personal events and work schedules so that it is all in one place.

Using your phone’s built-in features, you can receive notifications whenever you have an upcoming shift or event on your schedule. For example, you could set it up to get notified 30 minutes prior to the start of your court appearance. This is just another way to get notified in addition to the mobile app push notifications.

You can also subscribe to your PlanIt calendar with Outlook, Yahoo, Google, etc. So, if you just want your work schedule to show on another personal calendar, you can do that as well.
